Samal Residence is the first investment project of YDA Group in Kazakhstan and this project is carried out on a total construction area of 14,000 m2. Within the scope of this project, there are a parking lot of 2,000 m2, a store floor of 1,000 m2, a fitness center of 1,000 m2, a sauna, a playground for children, and social facilities.
This compound project, which consists of 96 luxury villas on an area of 100 acres, was constructed by using the cutting-edge construction materials and building automation systems. In this complex, which consists of 1244 luxury condominiums on a total construction area of 88,000 m2, there are a mall, private school, private hospital, social facilities, children’s playground, and park. In this housing estate, which is constructed on Cimbulak ski resort road in Almaty’s Medeu district where the most valuable and prestigious real-estates of this province are located, there are 78 residences in total that is made up of 14 duplex apartments and 64 condominiums in 3- and 4-storey buildings on a total construction area of 37,000 m2 out of a 42,700 m2 area. This project addresses top level customers in the exclusive segment. The complex has 24 hours security service and parking garages. In the building 14 that is located in the middle of the housing estate land, there is a social activity center consisting of indoor and outdoor children’s playgrounds, cinema, and billiard hall and a sports and health center consisting of a gym, squash court, indoor swimming pool, and saunas.1,500 trees and 30,000 plants in 75 different varieties, which have been adapted to the climate, will be used for landscaping.
Seventy-eight per cent of the YDA Park Avenue Residences Project was completed at the end of 2016. This project is executed jointly with the Municipality of Yenimahalle, and it is one of the prime examples of urban transformation. It is a mixed-use investment project situated on Anadolu Boulevard in Yenimahalle, Ankara, on lots belonging to YDA Construction, Inc. The layout of the construction is as follows: Map section 64472/Lot 1: a total of 18 residential blocks with 1,855 residential units and 37 shops; Map section 64461/Lot 1: a total of 2 residential blocks with 243 residential units; and, Map section 64470/Lot 5: 36 shops. The breakdown of the unit sizes is as follows: 1,189 4-bedroom units, and 909 3-bedroom units. Shops have been designed in various sizes.
